In 2004, Karen Barnett was volunteered by a friend to organize a simple 5k/10k fun run to raise money for local Lake Havasu charities – and within 3 years she transformed that simple endeavor into a non-profit organization that creates a number of spectacular events drawing people from around the country and all over the globe.
